Herbs Duxelles
Herbs Duxelles, a dried mushroom duxelles, is our take on the classic French mushroom and shallot duxelles blend that's most commonly known for its use in beef Wellington recipes. Duxelle is typically made with fresh chopped mushrooms and shallots that are sautéed in butter until they're soft, dry, or able to be made into a mushroom paste. This herb & mushroom powder is a salt-free, dry version of duxelle. Use to season soups, bisques or sauces, as well as omelets, seafood, and roasted vegetables.
