The avocado complements the black onyx cocoa for a pudding that looks and tastes like the real thing. It’s even dairy free. There are also a few flavoring options to take the dish in different directions depending on your tastes.

Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
Black Onyx Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup Black Onyx Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup maple syrup 3/4 cup coconut milk*
Natural Coconut Extract 1 to 2 tsp. Natural Coconut Extract

Recipe Notes

*For different flavor options, try using almond extract or vanilla extract instead of coconut extract. You can also use soy milk, almond milk or regular milk instead of coconut milk. Another way to change up the flavor is to add 1/2 to 1 tsp. of cinnamon, cayenne or peanut butter.
