Supreme Saigon has a higher oil content than any other cinnamon we carry, which contributes to its strong, fresh cinnamon flavor.
This variety has the highest oil content of any cinnamon we carry, giving it a strong and spicy flavor that pairs well with cloves.
Works well in both sweet and savory applications. Try in desserts and baked goods. Add to curry, soups, and stir fries. Because the flavor is bold, some choose to scale back the amount used.
When using Supreme Saigon Cinnamon in a recipe, depending on your love of cinnamon, you will either use the same amount or slightly less than what is called for.
