Black River Creole Seasoning
The word "Creole" actually means marriage or mixture of cultures in old Spanish. Just as the Ouachita, Tensas and Little Rivers converge to form the Black River in Louisiana, many spices from around the world converge to make this complex Creole.
Ingredients:Salt, Hungarian paprika, roasted garlic, toasted onion, black pepper, cayenne, French thyme and Greek oregano
Try Black River in gumbo, fried catfish, crawfish or crab cakes or pretty much any cut of meat you want to add some zing to. Use this in jambalaya, to make remoulade or even to sprinkle on fries. We carefully handcraft this blend from salt, Hungarian paprika, roasted garlic, toasted onion, black pepper, cayenne, French thyme and Greek oregano.
