This blend contains Salt, honey powder, black pepper, sage, onion, garlic, rosemary, ginger, Mediterranean thyme, parsley, marjoram, red bell peppers, coriander, allspice, Greek oregano and savory.
Try adding 1 tbsp. per pound ground pork to make great patties or links. For links, use a hog casing. We hand mix Frying Pan from Salt, honey powder, black pepper, sage, onion, garlic, rosemary, ginger, Mediterranean thyme, parsley, marjoram, red bell peppers, coriander, allspice, Greek oregano and savory.
