Frying Pan is a perfect blend of spices for the sausage maker. This spice mixture is based around sage and savory herbs, but the addition of the honey powder really adds to its enticing flavor.

Ingredients:
Salt, honey powder, black pepper, sage, onion, garlic, rosemary, ginger, Mediterranean thyme, parsley, marjoram, red bell peppers, coriander, allspice, Greek oregano and savory

Try adding 1 tbsp. per pound ground pork to make great patties or links. For links, use a hog casing. We hand mix Frying Pan from salt, honey powder, black pepper, sage, onion, garlic, rosemary, ginger, Mediterranean thyme, parsley, marjoram, red bell peppers, coriander, allspice, Greek oregano and savory.
