Recipe Notes

For a sugar-free ketchup, leave out the brown sugar; the ketchup will be much more tart if you do. You can also substitute honey for the sugar.

Directions

Mix Tomato Powder and water and let stand for a few minutes. Adjust thickness by adding more water or more powder. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
