A classic cookie that can be flavored with your favorite baking spice.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Combine flour, salt, oats, baking soda, baking powder and choice of baking spice and set aside. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add vanilla, honey and eggs and mix well. Add flour mixture a little at a time until incorporated. Use a medium-sized ice cream scoop to make 18 cookies, 9 per baking sheet. Bake for 13 to 15 min. until golden brown, rotating halfway through baking. Cool on a wire rack.
