About this Spice

Moroccan food has become more popular in the United States, so having more than just the one Ras el Hanout-style spice blend was very important to us. So, we created this Moroccan spice blend is inspired by Northern African cooking.

Lamb Burgers: Mix 1 Tbsp. into 1 lb. ground lamb and form into patties before grilling.

Rice: Stir 1 to 2 Tbsp. into 2 cups freshly cooked rice and serve with grilled meats or tofu.

Hummus: Mix into plain hummus to taste and enjoy with veggies and pita bread.
