Directions

In microwave or using a double boiler, melt chocolate, stirring occasionally, until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in coffee beans, coating all beans with chocolate. In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder, Baker's Brew and honey powder. One tablespoon at time, drop chocolate coated beans into cocoa blend and toss them with a slotted spoon or fork until beans are coated well and separated. Place cocoa coated beans into a mesh strainer and gently sift over another bowl to remove excess powder. Transfer cocoa coated beans to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Continue process with the remaining wet chocolate beans. As needed, combine the two bowls of cocoa powder blend together in one bowl to keep enough dry blend for tossing the beans. Let the finished cocoa covered beans set completely before storing in a covered container.
