You may never use store-bought coffee creamer again once you try this easy DIY creamer recipe.



*You can use white sugar or turbinado sugar plus 1 vanilla bean (sliced open and seeds scraped) in place of Vanilla Bean Sugar.


Whisk vanilla sugar and water together in a small saucepan. Add cinnamon chips and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let mixture steep for about 20 min. Strain and pour syrup into a mason jar. Once completely cool, top with half and half then seal jar. Shake to mix well. Store in refrigerator and use by expiration date on half and half container. Shake before each use.

Serving Suggestions

Use to sweeten coffee or tea. Makes a great holiday hostess gift.
