Need a cheese sauce for broccoli? Look no further. Take broccoli and cheese a step further with a dry stout to make a beer cheese recipe.

Our Country Onion Herb Veggie Shaker was inspired by the flavors loved in southern Ireland. The garlic, onions, and herbs in this blend go perfectly with roasted potatoes and any other hearty roasted veggie, including broccoli.

2 heads broccoli, cut into florets

Optional veggies: cauliflower, red onion, small red potatoes

For beer cheese:

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter

3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
