People seem to either love or hate cilantro, but since it has become one of the most used herbs in the world, we think more people love it. Cilantro has a complex but delicate flavor with a hint of pepper, mint and lemon.

The Zuni Indians ate fresh cilantro as a salad with chile peppers and vegetables

We can provide a quality dried cilantro product which actually maintains its “cilantro flavor”. The advancements in the production arena have perfected the methods for quick-freezing and freeze-drying. When using this dried herb as a substitute for fresh cilantro, use 1/3 dried to fresh.

Cilantro Recipes

The following recipes use Cilantro.

“I just made your Jamaican Jerk marinade for pork kebobs that I grilled. It was outstanding. I usually stick to the recipe for the first time before I later adapt it to my own tastes. This time, I am not changing the recipe one bit. It's perfect as it is. Thanks.”
