Adobo Rice

Spice up leftover rice with adobo seasoning! This adobo rice recipe is a quick and easy way to get flavorful rice for your next meal.
Serves
2 to 4 servings
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter* 1 to 2 cups cooked rice*
Cilantro
1 Tbsp. Cilantro
La Plata Peak Adobo Spice
1 Tbsp. La Plata Peak Adobo Spice
Juice and zest of 1 lime (or to taste)
Directions
In a medium bowl, add butter to warm, cooked rice and mix until melted and combined. Stir in Cilantro, La Plata Peak Adobo Spice, lime zest, and lime juice. Add additional seasoning or citrus to taste. Serve warm.
Recipe Notes
*Try boil-in-bag rice for a quick meal. To make vegan Adobo Rice, use coconut oil or vegan butter alternative of choice.
