Easy and quick, this mayo can liven up any sandwhich or burger.


  • 2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Pickled Mustard Seeds (or whole grain mustard)*
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt & Pepper Tableside Seasoning

In a food processor, pulse basil until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Store, covered, in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.

Serving Suggestions

Use as a dip for our Baked Fried Green Tomatoes or as a sauce for our Grillable Black Bean Veggie Burgers.
