American Pantry

Named after the bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood in Denver, Colorado, this seasoning is a longtime customer favorite. We don’t call it an all-purpose blend because it’s not meant for red meat, but it works great on most other foods, particularly seafood.

Add to chicken salads and omelets or sprinkle on veggies. Mix into yogurt or sour cream for a quick, flavorful dip.

Spice Tips!

Grill Packet: Sprinkle over chicken, fish, or shrimp with mixed veggies, drizzle with oil, and wrap in foil.

Bread Spread: Mix 1-2 Tbsp. into 1 cup soft butter.

Deviled Eggs: Use 2 tsp. per 6 egg yolks with a little mayo & mustard.

Ingredients

Shallots, salt, pepper, dill weed, parsley, chives
