There's a reason Southern comfort food is so popular - it's really, really tasty. We created a seasoning so you can recreate one of the South's most sought after dishes: chicken fried steak.

Also great sprinkled on meats, seafood, and vegetables. Use for flavoring gravy, sauces, soups, and more.

For chicken fried steak or chicken, mix 1/4 cup seasoning with 1 cup all-purpose flour. Dunk the meat in buttermilk and roll in the flour mixture, coating it completely. Pan fry in vegetable oil.

Kosher salt, roasted granulated garlic, black pepper, toasted minced onion, white pepper, sage, savory, ground cumin, California paprika, cayenne, ground rosemary, Mediterranean thyme, and spices

This salt-based seasoning is aromatic, peppery, earthy, and bittersweet with herbal notes.
