Also great sprinkled on meats, seafood, and vegetables. Use for flavoring gravy, sauces, soups, and more.

For chicken fried steak or chicken, mix 1/4 cup seasoning with 1 cup all-purpose flour. Dunk the meat in buttermilk and roll in the flour mixture, coating it completely. Pan fry in vegetable oil.
