DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, whisk Korean BBQ Pork Mix, water, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. In another bowl, toss pork in corn starch to evenly coat. Heat vegetable oil in a 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add pork (avoid overlapping the slices if possible) and cook 3 to 4 min. without stirring, or until golden brown. Stir and cook for an additional 2 min., or until pork is almost cooked through. Add sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally for 1 to 2 min., or until sauce is slightly thickened.
NOTES:
Serve with: Rice, shredded carrots, and sliced scallions.
