In a medium pot, stir butter over medium-high heat for 3 min. until golden brown. Add Moroccan Lentil mix and toast for 1 min., stirring constantly. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer (covered) for 12 to 13 min. until lentils are tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Top with a dollop of plain yogurt and fresh cilantro or mint. Serve with rice or flatbread.
NOTES:
For a vegan version, use vegan butter.
