1 (3-4 lb.) boneless chuck roast*
2 onions, sliced
1 cup beef broth

Perfectly suited for mashed potatoes and carrots, this pot roast spice mix is made for a slow-cooker or crockpot, so go about your day and come home to a family favorite!With Spice & Easy, cooking is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Just open, spice and serve. Each pot roast spice packet includes the pre-measured seasonings needed to make a quick, simple and tasty recipe.

DIRECTIONS:
In a slow cooker or pressure cooker, arrange onions in an even layer and set roast on top. Season roast with Sunday Pot Roast mix on all sides. Pour in beef broth and cover. Cook on high for 6 to 7 hours in a slow cooker, or 60 to 80 min. in a pressure cooker, until meat shreds easily with a fork.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Top with fresh herbs and serve with roasted vegetables and dinner rolls.
