Toasty Tomato Bisque Q&A
What is the difference between tomato bisque and tomato soup?
Tomato Bisque is creamier and usually contains some sort of cream, milk or milk alternative, like coconut milk. Tomato soup is typically made with either vegetable or chicken stock instead of a creamy base.
What to eat with tomato bisque?
Pair tomato bisque with grilled cheese, just as you would with tomato soup. It's also great with toasty, crusty bread, and garnished with Parmesan and fresh basil.
