How to Use

Use 1/4 tsp pure lemon extract for cooking to substitute or replace 2 tsp lemon zest. Add lemon flavor to meringues, custards, cakes, pies, cookies, and lemon chiffon. Fortify drinks like margaritas and daiquiris. For best results, store lemon extract in the refrigerator after opening.
