Honey Sriracha Lime Fish Tacos is an easy fish taco seasoning mix that coats your fish in a sweet & spicy blend of sriracha chili, lime zest, and corn flour. These bites of fresh fish are then pan-fried to achieve a delicately crisp crust. Add a splash of lime juice & a drizzle of honey enhance the sriracha’s tang for a well-balanced fish taco experience that comes together in under 15 minutes. The mild heat in this fish taco mix is about a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10, but it can build and is easily tamed with the addition of crema, avocado, or a dressed slaw, making this fish taco feast still very family-friendly.

Slice fish into 1/2-inch thick planks. In a medium bowl, soak fish in milk for 10 min. In a shallow bowl, stir lime zest into Honey Sriracha Lime Fish Taco mix. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Coat fish in the fish taco mix. Working in batches, carefully add fish to skillet and cook for 30 to 40 seconds per side or until light golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Divide cooked fish between tortillas. Top with a squeeze of lime juice and a drizzle of honey. Serve hot.


Designate a "wet" hand for picking up fish from milk and a "dry" hand for coating fish in fish taco seasoning.


Garnish with: slaw, diced white onion, and cilantro.

Air Fryer Directions: Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Add prepared fish to rack or basket and lightly spray with cooking oil. Air fry for 4 to 6 min. or until light golden brown and crispy.
