As of November 4, 2025, we have updated our Loyalty Club rewards, terms, and conditions. The information below reflects this updated program.
By joining the Loyalty Club, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:
To enroll in the Loyalty Club, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment, you must be a legal resident of the United States, and you must have an active email address. Each person is limited to one membership in the Savory Rewards Loyalty Club. Membership will not be granted to companies, corporations, or other legal entities. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or untruthful, Savory Spice reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time and reserves the right to deny any future membership requests.
You may enroll in the program by signing up at the Savory Spice website, www.savoryspiceshop.com/pages/rewards, or signing up at your local Savory Spice.
Rules and Regulations
Savory Spice reserves the right at any time to alter the program rules, regulations, or program rewards. Savory Spice also may discontinue the entire program without prior notice to its members. Savory Spice reserves the right at any time to access and make changes to a customer's loyalty account. Loyalty points and program rewards may not be shared or transferred to other people besides the Loyalty Club member recipient.
Savory Spice does not guarantee the correct accounting of program points or the correct representation of program points or details on the Savory Spice website. The Loyalty Club system may take 24 hours to account for program activities and communication between the Point of Sale (POS) system and the Savory Spice website. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept all marketing and program messages sent to loyalty club members regarding the club.
How Points are Earned and Redeemed
- Loyalty points are earned at one point per dollar spent on a pre-tax, post discount (after coupons are applied) basis. Customers who qualify for our VIP tiers may earn points up to two points per dollar spent on a pre-tax, post discount basis.
- Loyalty points expire 1 year after they are earned on a rolling basis.
- Some products and services do not qualify for the Loyalty Club. These include, but are not limited to, the following: shipping, artisan offerings, classes, special events, and gift cards.
- For every 100 points earned, a reward of $10 of value towards Savory Spice products, or a reward for free Savory Spice products, will be granted.
- The $10 reward or free product reward will expire thirty (30) days after award date.
- Any additional value left after a $10 reward is redeemed is forfeited. Rewards are treated like coupons, and there is no "cash back" option.
Free Spice on Your Birthday
Members of the Loyalty Club who have entered their birthday into their account will receive an email at the start of their birthday month. They will be granted a reward of a free Refill Bag of select seasonings, redeemable only during their birthday month. Shipping rates may apply to online orders.
Privacy Statement
At Savory Spice we take our customers' privacy very seriously. Savory Spice does not sell or exchange your name, email address, or other personal information you may provide to us with any third parties. Please see the Privacy Policy for more information.

Savory Spice is the sole owner of all the Savory Spice trademarks, Loyalty Club content, website graphics, and marketing materials. Unauthorized usage or duplication is not permitted.
Limited Liability Statement
Savory Spice is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information; for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by the participant; for any human error; for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission; or for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the website or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SAVORY SPICE SHOP, ITS RESPECTIVE RELATED COMPANIES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND RESPECTIVE AGENTS AND THEIR AGENCIES, SUPPLIERS, AND OTHER COMPANIES INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OR EXECUTION OF THE PROGRAM ("RELEASEES") BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, A PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM.
Discontinue Membership
You can discontinue membership to the Loyalty Club at any time. Contact us directly at the email address below to opt out of and discontinue membership in the program.
