Superior Quality, and I've tried a few!
Review by Jessica P. on 4 Apr 2019 Yes, you can pick up an inexpensive bottle of smoked salt in a variety of woods from stores like Tuesday Morning, TJ Max, or Home Goods, but you really are getting a lesser quality smoked salt. This is the only one I've used that really brought the smoke to my dish. Others just smell nice in the bottle but don't translate into the food. No matter what stage you use this in, pre-season, during cooking, slow cooking, or a finish, you really get this smoke flavor coming through. It's divine. I grind it smaller and put on my popcorn, it's my go-to for almost every savory recipe, and yes...it smells really good in the bottle!
