BBQ Arugula & Peach Salad

A super simple salad, perfect for a late summer lunch. The sweet and smoky dressing is made from our Midwestern Sweet Barbecue Sauce.

Ingredients
Midwestern Sweet Barbecue Sauce
¼ cups Midwestern Sweet Barbecue Sauce
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
For salad:
4 cups arugula
1 (4 oz.) log goat cheese, crumbled
2 peaches, sliced
Directions
Step 1
For dressing: Whisk all ingredients together. Serve on salads immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Step 2
For salad: Place 1 cup of arugula on 4 plates and top with crumbled goat cheese and sliced peaches. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy.
