Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
Black Garlic Salt 1 Tbsp. Black Garlic Salt, plus more to sprinkle
1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 small butternut squash, peeled, halved, and sliced thin 1 red onion, halved and sliced thin 5 oz. baby spinach 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese
