Ingredients

1 1/8 tsp. active dry yeast 10 Tbsp. warm water 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted 2 tsp. brown sugar
Mayan Sea Salt 1/2 tsp. Mayan Sea Salt
2 cups all-purpose flour 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Maldon Sea Salt Maldon Sea Salt, to taste
6 Tbsp. Buffalo Wing Dry Sauce, divided 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
