It's time to celebrate summer, and we're taking inspiration from churrasco, the food of celebration and connection in Brazil. Make grilling easier and more flavorful with Chimichurri Churrasco.

With Spice 'n Easy, cooking is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Just open, spice and serve. Each packet includes the pre-measured spices needed to make a quick, simple and tasty recipe.

In a medium bowl, combine Chimichurri Churrasco mix, cilantro, lime juice, and agave. Slowly add olive oil while whisking until well-combined. Remove and reserve 3/4 cup of chimichurri for serving. Add steak to bowl with remaining chimichurri, turning to coat. Marinate for 20 min. or up to 8 hours in the fridge. Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Season steak on both sides with salt. Grill steak to desired doneness (about 135 degrees for medium-rare). Remove steak from grill and rest for 5 min. Slice, top with reserved chimichurri, and serve.


Serve with: Brazilain cheese bread (pão de queijo), grilled pineapple, or rice.

Skewer Method: Cut steak into large cubes before adding to marinade. Skewer steak, alternating with cubes of pineapple, season with salt, and grill.
