Chimichurri Dry Marinade is a dry chimichurri that can easily be made into a dressing or sauce for grilled steak, chicken or pork. In addition to it being good as a wet marinade, this chimichurri dry rub can be used to season ground beef, pork or vegetables. To make a chimichurri marinade, mix chimichurri seasoning with oil & vinegar, then whisk together. The longer you steep your chimichurri mix, the stronger the flavors will be.
