
Four Mushroom Umami Blend (Salt-Free)
This umami mushroom seasoning blends shiitake, portobello, oyster, and white button mushrooms with shallots, lemon, and other herbs. A dry version of classic French mushroom duxelles used for beef Wellington. Add mushroom seasoning and umami flavor to soups, bisques, or sauces, as well as omelets, seafood, and roasted vegetables. Duxelles is typically made from freshly chopped mushrooms and shallots sautéed in butter until they're soft, dry, or able to be made into a mushroom paste.
