How to Use

1 package Honey Sriracha Lime Fish Taco Mix
1 lb. firm white fish, such as cod, tilapia, or mahi mahi, skin and bones removed
3/4 cup whole milk
1 lime
1/4 cup vegetable oil
12 small tortillas
Honey, to drizzle

About this Spice

One bite of these fish tacos & you'll be hooked. This fish taco mix coats your fish in a sweet & spicy blend of sriracha chili, lime zest, and corn flour. DIRECTIONS:
Slice fish into 1/2-inch thick planks. In a medium bowl, soak fish in milk for 10 min. In a shallow bowl, stir lime zest into Honey Sriracha Lime Fish Taco mix. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Coat fish in fish taco mix. Working in batches, carefully add fish to skillet and cook for 30 to 40 seconds per side until light golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Divide cooked fish between tortillas. Top with a squeeze of lime juice and a drizzle of honey.

TIPS:

Designate a "wet" hand for picking up fish from milk and a "dry" hand for coating fish in fish taco seasoning.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Top with slaw, white onion, and cilantro.

Air Fryer Directions: Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Add prepared fish to rack or basket and lightly spray with cooking oil. Air fry for 4 to 6 min. or until light golden brown and crispy.
