How to Use
Use this citrus and herb blend to season chicken, turkey, duck or game hens. To make a citrusy dip, add 2 T to 1 cup sour cream. For a hot dip, add 2 T to 1 cup melted cheddar cheese. Sprinkle citrus seasoning on popcorn, potatoes, salads, and bread.
About this Spice
As a rub, we suggest using 1 tsp. of citrus grill seasoning per pound of poultry, or more to taste. Use rub with olive oil or melted butter, if desired, to help it stick.
