Combine Tikka Masala Mix with 4 Tbsp. oil, water, and lemon juice to form a smooth paste. In a large skillet, heat remaining 2 Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium-low and add spice paste. Simmer for 3 min., stirring often. Add vegetables and simmer for 3 more min. Reduce heat to low and mix in yogurt and half and half. Simmer for 5 min., stirring occasionally.
*For vegetarian version, use 1 lb. firm tofu in place of chicken.
Serve with: Rice, cilantro, and naan bread.
