Our easy-to-use brining mix includes just the right amount of salt, sugar, and seasoning to brine any protein you want to remain tender and juicy as it cooks. Brining works best for lean protein like poultry, tofu, and shrimp. Simply dissolve the mix in water, submerge your protein in the brining solution (plus enough liquid to cover the protein), and refrigerate for about 1 hour per pound of protein.

Our Brining Mix comes in two sizes: 16 oz. and 8 oz.
- The 16 oz. is perfect for large protein between 8 and 15 lbs., like a whole turkey, a large turkey breast, brisket, or a rack of ribs.
- The 8 oz. is handy for smaller proteins between 1 and 7 lbs., like a whole chicken, chicken pieces, pork roast, pork chops, shrimp, or tofu.
