Peaches are synonymous with the state of Georgia. In fact, in 1571 Franciscan monks introduced them to the islands off the Georgia coast. The idea behind this blend was to create a seasoning with the typical spice profile used in tried and true recipes for spiced peaches; but to build it out so it could also be used other applications. We handcraft this spiced peach inspired mix by precisely blending our pure Vanilla Bean Sugar, Saigon cinnamon, lemon peel, citric acid, cloves and allspice. The strong flavor of cloves and the tartness of citrus is tempered by the sweetness of the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and allspice.

Try using this spice mix for sweet peach applications like cobblers and fried pies, but also on other stone fruits like apricots, cherries, nectarines and plums. Great for adding a sweet and tangy flavor to cookies, grilled bananas or peaches, ice creams and many other desserts. Use it as your secret ingredient for both sweet and savory sauces and dressings.
