Our medium yellow curry is a wonderfully full flavored blend that gives you a nice tinge of heat without a complete burn. Use about a ½ tsp. per pound of beef, chicken, fish or poultry. Curry can be used in so many dishes: rice, sauces, chicken, seafood salads, vegetables or soups. To convert powder into a paste simply mix 1 Tbsp. curry powder with 1 Tbsp. each of water and oil. To make a hotter version, add 1/2-2 t cayenne to 1/2 cup seasoning.

This salt-free curry is earthy and sweet-spiced with bitter and peppery notes and medium heat.
Uses of Medium Yellow Curry Powder
Season beef, chicken, fish, and poultry. Add to rice, sauces, vegetables, and soups. For paste, mix equal parts spice, water, and oil. To make a hotter version, add 1/2-2 t cayenne to 1/2 cup seasoning.
