Our medium yellow curry is a wonderfully full flavored blend that gives you a nice tinge of heat without a complete burn. Use about a ½ tsp. per pound of beef, chicken, fish or poultry. Curry can be used in so many dishes: rice, sauces, chicken, seafood salads, vegetables or soups. To convert powder into a paste simply mix 1 Tbsp. curry powder with 1 Tbsp. each of water and oil. To make a hotter version, add 1/2-2 t cayenne to 1/2 cup seasoning.
