Hudson Bay Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1 lbs. ground turkey*
Hudson Bay Beef Spice 1 Tbsp. plus ½ tsp. Hudson Bay Beef Spice
1 onion, finely minced 6 Tbsp. canola oil, divided 4 hamburger buns or 6 slider buns

Recipe Notes

*You can use ground turkey of any lean to fat percentage but 85/15 will help give you a moist burger.
