Ingredients

For cupcakes: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 egg
Natural Maple Extract 1 tsp. Natural Maple Extract
For meringue frosting: 3 egg whites, room temperature 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1 cup Bourbon Barrel Smoked Sugar, plus more for sprinkling 1/4 cup water
Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract 1 tsp. Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
