Our Medium Yellow Curry Powder is a classic full-flavored medium curry powder blend that has a good kick of heat without too much spicy burn. Use this yellow curry powder to make a medium-heat curry, or mix into rice, soups, stews and sauces. For a medium yellow curry paste, mix equal parts yellow curry spices, water and oil.
