3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
2 Tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

In a medium bowl, stir Bourbon Chicken mix, water, and soy sauce until combined and reserve. In a large bowl, add chicken and corn starch, tossing to coat. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 7 to 8 min. without stirring until golden brown. Stir and cook an additional 5 to 7 min. until chicken is cooked through. Add reserved mixture and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally for 3 to 4 min. until sauce is slightly thickened and glossy.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Serving Suggestions: Top with sliced scallions and serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
Optionally, replace 1/4 cup water with 1/4 cup bourbon.
