Founders' Notes
Peach season means cobbler in our house. I mix this with honey and lime to coat fresh peach slices before baking my spice shop peach cobbler. It’s warm, spiced, and just sweet enough, especially topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. And when we fire up the grill, I make dad’s famous peach BBQ sauce with pureed peaches, a generous shake, and a whole lot of love. It’s a family recipe that brings sweet heat to ribs, chicken, and backyard memories.
