Fennel grows wild all over the California coast. The pollen from the plant is prized for its bold, yet delicate fennel flavor. We capitalized on those flavor attributes when creating this elegant rub.
Crab and lobster are native to California and we think these are the kinds of delicacies this blend deserves. Use on a variety of seafood including scallops, mussels, lobster, crab, and fish. This blend is also great on pork, chicken, eggs, vegetables, and potatoes.

With a delicate anise note, fennel pollen has earned the nickname, “spice of the angels.” We added a touch of citrus, sweetness, and a hint of chile to create this versatile seasoning.
