Learn about casings, cuts of meat, health and food safety best practices and, OF COURSE, spicing your sausage correctly. We'll even grill up a few varieties for tasting. Courtesy of our pals at Aleman Brewing wash it down with a gratis tasting of some new and fine suds. Bring a friend or two or three.     Back by Popular Demand! Join Savory Spice Shop and award-winning mixologist Rachel Johnson as we get all mad scientist-like with spices and booze. This class is a demo/workshop on using herbs and spices to create the most dramatic and delicious cocktails to complement the season. We'll talk about which spices work well with which liquors and then demonstrate how easy it is to create exciting and challenging combinations of flavors to enliven your cocktail repertoire.
