Ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 white onion, about 2 cups, finely diced 1 green bell pepper, about 1 cup, diced 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 pounds ground beef, 90% (but any will work)l

Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika
1 Tbsp. Smoked Spanish Sweet Paprika
Mexican Oregano
1 Tbsp. Mexican Oregano
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1⁄4 cup tomato paste
28 oz can diced fire-roasted tomatoes (undrained)
2 cups beef broth
15 oz can red kidney beans, drained and lightly rinsed
15 oz can black beans, drained and lightly rinsed

Directions
Step 1
Heat a large heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Heat olive oil and add onion, green pepper, and 1 tsp kosher salt. Sauté until translucent and beginning to soften, about 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Step 3
Add ground beef, breaking apart with a wooden spoon as you cook. Once meat is partially browned, add all spices and stir well until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
Step 5
Bring to a boil and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the kidney and black beans.
Step 6
Simmer on medium-low until slightly thickened, about 30-45 minutes.
Step 7
Salt to taste and serve with preferred toppings (shredded cheese, green onion, sour cream, corn chips.
