The beautiful tree lined streets of Denver's Park Hill takes one back to the neighborhoods of old. This seasoning’s main ingredient is an old-fashioned flavor itself, pure maple sugar. Made by drying maple syrup that has been tapped from sweet maple trees and then grinding it into granules, it is a flavor that is unmatched.
Use to season pork, poultry, and salmon. Start by using 1 tsp. per pound of protein and add more per your own personal taste. It is also nice for creating flavored butters and sauces. Its sweetness is a natural fit on sweet potatoes, yams, and other veggies.

Season pork, poultry, and salmon. Sprinkle on sweet potatoes and other veggies before roasting. For glaze, mix 2 1/2 T spice with 3 T balsamic vinegar, 2 T whole grain dijon, and 2 t olive oil.
