How to Use
Use to season pork, chicken, turkey, or salmon. Sprinkle maple seasoning pepper on sweet potatoes and other veggies prior to roasting. For sweet-spiced glaze, mix 2 1/2 T Park Hill Maple & Spice with 3 T Balsamic vinegar, 2 T whole grain Dijon mustard, and 2 t olive oil.
Founders' Notes
Janet loves sprinkling this blend on baked yams or sweet potatoes. For me, it’s the kind of seasoning that challenges the idea that curry has to be spicy. The magic is in just three simple ingredients: black pepper, mild yellow curry, and maple sugar. Together, they create a cozy and comforting flavor we reach for often. I especially like it on pork chops.
