Since the day we opened our first shop, customer started asking for a Mexican cocoa powder. After some research and many nights of trial runs, we introduced our version of this beloved blend.
Use 1 heaping tbsp. per cup of heated milk for a sweet, cinnamon flavored cocoa drink. Sweeten as needed. Also great for baked goods or sprinkling on buttered toast, fruit, and waffles.
