Duxelle is a classic French combination of a chopped mushroom medley and shallots sautéed in butter until soft and dry. We’ve made this salt-free seasoning in a duxelle mixture and have added additional herbs to make it a ready-to-use seasoning.

The ideal use for this delicate seasoning is in omelets, soups and dusted on fish or vegetables. In addition, try in sauces and or to season stuffing.
