Shipping policy

Order fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday from 7am-2pm Mountain time, and most orders are shipped within 48-72 business hours. Orders that are placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be begin processing on Monday, meaning most Standard Shipping weekend orders will ship approximately Tuesday or Wednesday.

For Standard Shipping orders, the estimated delivery time is 5 - 10 business days.

For Two-Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping orders, the order must be placed before noon Mountain time on Monday - Thursday to ship the same day. If the order is placed after noon Mountain time or on a weekend day, the order will ship on the next business day. Please note that shipping carriers determine the delivery date, so for example, if you place an order on a Friday before noon, the two-day delivery would be for Tuesday, not Sunday.  If you place an Overnight order on Friday before noon, the delivery would be for Monday.

Holidays and Closures: Please note that Savory Spice (and carrier) holidays and closures occasionally fall during normal business hours. Savory Spice typically follows the closures of most major shipping carriers, but we occasionally have additional closures for inventory, weather, and other corporate closures. Please take these factors into consideration when selecting your shipping method.
