Directions

Heat oil to 350 degrees in a small, deep Dutch oven or heavy bottomed saucepan. Whisk together flour and Ground Turmeric in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in beer, stirring until mixture is smooth. Toss a large handful of green beans at a time in mixture until coated. Carefully transfer battered green beans to hot oil and cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 min. Use a slotted spoon to transfer green beans to a paper towel lined plate. Season with salt & pepper. Repeat process with remaining green beans. Serve warm or at room temperature.
